Arculus Chief Product and Innovation Officer Adam Lowe participated in a panel discussion on the Business of Blockchain at Consensus 2023, in Austin, Texas, hosted by Lisa Francoeur, CRO and co-founder of Crypto Tutors. During the discussion, panelists explored the various applications, opportunities and challenges related to blockchain in the business world. Joining Adam and Lisa were Rena Shah, Head of Operations and Strategy at Trust Machines, and Ikechi Nwabuisi, Founder of The TRiBL Network.
Each panelist had the opportunity to elaborate on how they’re currently using blockchain tech to drive innovation within their organizations, and highlighted other companies they felt were excelling at leveraging blockchain tech in the current environment. They also explored some key challenges that enterprises face when adopting blockchain tech including compliance, regulation, scalability, and public scrutiny. Meanwhile, they identified opportunities such as driving the future of commerce, network capital in crypto, and onboarding people from Web2 to Web3 to begin giving identity and control back to consumers.
